MAPPS Forums: Infrastructure
Forum Charge:

The Infrastructure Forum develop recommendations on geospatial data that would be essential to the nation's (and global) transportation systems, (other than marine systems) including the Highway bill, railroads, underground utilities, energy and the environment, and telecommunications. Advises the MAPPS staff and Board on trends to be addressed by the association and takes such action on issues as directed by the MAPPS Board; recommends policies to be taken by the MAPPS Board; monitors market trends; advises the Legislative Affairs Committee on legislative issues and activities; provides input to the Program Committee on sessions, speakers and topics to be addressed at MAPPS conferences, and otherwise share information within MAPPS in this area.
